Lead planning syncs, manage revision iterations, and anticipate client requirements before they become bottlenecks. • Asana Workflow Architecture: Establish and monitor detailed project lifecycles within Asana, duplicating internal templates and maintaining team-wide accountability for deadlines. • WordPress Content Architecture & Support: Execute routine frontend web layout modifications, text updates, and image swaps directly using WordPress page builders (specifically Beaver Builder or Elementor). • Rigorous Quality Control: Perform exhaustive, multi-device inspections (desktop, tablet, mobile layouts) on all web developments and design assets to catch structural gaps, broken links, off-brand copy, or styling bugs before client presentation. • Partner Coordination: Manage production schedules and coordinate directly with external copywriters, graphic designers, and technical web developers to resolve outstanding build tickets.
