Job Description

Senior Project Manager

Remote Talent LATAM

Role Description We are seeking a proactive, highly empathetic Senior Project Manager to serve as the critical strategic link between the agency, global nonprofit clients, and production teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will step out of a purely reactive execution posture and confidently lead the end-to-end lifecycle of branding, visual identity, and full website redesign projects. This is a higher-level role designed to absorb multi-account project tracking, giving senior founders the space to focus on growth. It is ideal for a relational "go-getter" who can manage complex workflows independently, maintain exceptional quality control, and communicate with clients as an invested partner rather than just checking boxes. Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Delivery Management: Lead multiple complex agency accounts simultaneously from initial kickoff through final handoff, proactively keeping milestones on track across branding, design, and website assets. - Proactive Client Account Management: Serve as the primary, relational day-to-day contact for social impact stakeholders. Lead planning syncs, manage revision iterations, and anticipate client requirements before they become bottlenecks. - Asana Workflow Architecture: Establish and monitor detailed project lifecycles within Asana, duplicating internal templates and maintaining team-wide accountability for deadlines. - WordPress Content Architecture & Support: Execute routine frontend web layout modifications, text updates, and image swaps directly using WordPress page builders (specifically Beaver Builder or Elementor). - Rigorous Quality Control: Perform exhaustive, multi-device inspections (desktop, tablet, mobile layouts) on all web developments and design assets to catch structural gaps, broken links, off-brand copy, or styling bugs before client presentation. - Partner Coordination: Manage production schedules and coordinate directly with external copywriters, graphic designers, and technical web developers to resolve outstanding build tickets. Qualifications - 3+ Years of Agency Project Management Experience: Proven experience tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables within a creative branding, digital marketing, or web development agency. - Relational Polish & High Empathy: Genuinely invested in social impact work. Excellent interpersonal skills are mandatory; must be comfortable leading conversations, presenting creative concepts, and building meaningful bonds with international clients. - Practical knowledge of WordPress layout systems, with the technical confidence to jump in and perform frontend text or asset edits within page builders. - A hyper-disciplined eye for visual alignment, font consistency, and functional layout checking across digital platforms. - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. - High proficiency utilizing Asana for task management and familiarity with digital collaboration tools. Benefits - Salary: $3,500 USD PLUS per month (with flexibility/room for higher offers depending on depth of experience). - Unlimited Vacation Policy: Trust-based, unlimited time off to help maintain absolute personal and professional balance. - Localized Holidays: Observe your local country holidays off to align with your regional community schedule. Eligibility Criteria - This position is only open to candidates residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as: ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฑ ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ท ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ด ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡จ ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ป ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ณ ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฎ ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡พ ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ช ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡พ ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿ‡ช - โŒ Applications from candidates outside LATAM (including the U.S. and other regions) will not be considered. - ๐Ÿ“„ Resumes must be submitted in English. - ๐Ÿšซ Applications that do not meet these criteria will be automatically rejected.
