As the Social Media & Content Coordinator at Breeze, you'll help build and amplify the brand presence that fuels our growth. This is a highly creative and execution-focused role centered around content creation, social media management, storytelling, and audience growth across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels. You'll partner closely with the CEO and Head of Brand & Marketing to bring Breeze's story to life, helping build both the company brand and executive presence through engaging content, video, and social media campaigns. We're looking for someone who can operate as both a creator and coordinator — someone comfortable filming content, editing videos, managing social channels, identifying content opportunities, and helping execute a high-impact content strategy that supports company growth. What You'll Do - Support and execute Breeze's social media and content strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, and emerging platforms. - Partner closely with the CEO and Head of Brand & Marketing to create and distribute founder-led content and thought leadership. - Capture and create content from company events, customer meetings, conferences, team activities, product launches, and day-to-day startup life. - Film, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content optimized for each platform. - Manage Breeze's content calendar and coordinate publishing schedules across social channels. - Develop engaging content including videos, social posts, behind-the-scenes content, educational content, company updates, and employee stories. - Monitor social media trends, viral moments, and industry conversations to identify new content opportunities. - Assist with growing the CEO's personal brand and social media presence. - Track content performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth to help optimize future content strategies. - Collaborate across marketing, product, sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to create compelling content that supports business objectives. - Help maintain brand consistency across all social channels and content touchpoints. - Engage with followers, customers, and industry communities to support audience growth and brand awareness. What We're Looking For - 1–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles. - Proven experience creating content for a company, startup, agency, creator brand, or personal social channels. - Strong understanding of LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and modern content trends. - Experience filming, editing, and publishing video content across multiple platforms. - Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. - Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills. - Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple content initiatives simultaneously. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills. - Comfortable working directly with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams. - Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and execute quickly. - Experience working in startup environments is a strong plus. - Experience in fintech, technology, SaaS, or crypto is a plus.
