Senior Creative and Technical Recruiter – Digital Transformation
New Era Technology
• Recruit for a mix of digital experience, cloud, app modernization, data/AI, CX, security and product strategy roles including: • UX/UI Designers, UX Researchers, Service Designers, Design Directors, Design Leads, Product Designers • Digital Strategists & CX Consultants • Martech platform specialists (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.) • Product Managers & Product Owners • Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers, App Modernization Specialists • Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps Specialists • Security Strategists, Architects & Engineers • Digital Program Managers & Transformation Leaders • Evaluate candidates on consulting competencies as well as technical/domain expertise. • Develop deep, project-ready pipelines of resource pools for roles needed across digital transformation programs. • Review technical work samples, digital portfolios, case studies, and architectural documents where relevant. • Serve as a strategic advisor to delivery and business development leads on talent needs tied to client scopes and delivery timelines.
Job Requirements
- 6–10+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience in digital, CX, cloud, application development/modernization, or data/AI hiring.
- Unique strength and success in recruiting for digital experience roles.
- Strong vocabulary in digital transformation and digital experience consulting.
- Proven ability to evaluate design talent based on portfolio samples.
- Experience assessing candidates for consulting-specific skills like stakeholder management, facilitation, and client storytelling.
- Experience recruiting within a consulting, digital agency, or professional services firm, where responsiveness and candidate quality are critical to success
- Demonstrated ability to pick up new domains and quickly establish methods for sourcing and vetting qualified candidates.
- Proven ability to engage senior, niche, and highly technical candidates.
- Strong communication, influence, and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency with modern ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
