• Drive a unified approach in managing the Clients for Life (CFL) process and leading efforts in contract rebid/renewal • Ensure top client accounts are serviced through integrated retention framework • Serve as the “Voice of the Client” by sharing insights and facilitating action plans for long-term retention • Initiate cross-selling efforts to drive revenue growth against segment quotas • Develop and implement a comprehensive governance model for the CFL process • Ensure that all client retention activities and communications are accurately documented and reported • Collaborate with Learning & Development to deploy retention training initiatives • Foster strong relationships with segment leadership and global client retention communities • Deliver regular, data-driven insights and recommendations for client retention improvement
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- An MBA or equivalent is preferred
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in senior client relations, retention, or client-facing roles within a large-scale organization
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-account portfolios and implementing retention strategies that drive revenue growth
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a senior leadership role driving change and managing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems (e.g., SoForce or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear, compelling manner
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively using an "influence without authority" approach
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- A client-centric mindset with excellent negotiation skills.

Role Description The Autodesk Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) helps Autodesk’s customers with Enterprise Business Agreements drive long-term success by executing an array of services to accelerate customer business goals and drive adoption. - Acting as the single point of contact for Autodesk teams and key customer sponsors within EBA accounts. - Drives post-sale account management and customer relationship development. - Provides strategic advisory services and coordinates support to maximize a customer’s return on investment in Autodesk solutions. - Utilizes a combination of industry (AECO) knowledge, business strategy expertise, product knowledge, and account management experience. - Helps Autodesk’s customers innovate more quickly and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
