Senior Business Analyst

Sigma Software Group

• Work on impactful analytics solutions • Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards • Integrate diverse data sources • Support decision-making processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) • Validate reporting outputs with business users • Manage Power BI access permissions and administration processes • Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize analytics workflows • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile squad setup

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
  • Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard and report development
  • Experience working with data sources such as Snowflake
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Copilot) - Will be a plus
  • Knowledge of additional BI tools or data visualization platforms - Will be a plus
  • Understanding of fire and life safety industry data models - Will be a plus
  • Experience working in international, distributed teams - Will be a plus
