Staff Product Manager, AI Care Management
Pair TeamFounded in 2019, Pair Team aims to connect underserved communities with high-quality care by addressing the healthcare needs of the most vulnerable populations.
• Partner with product leadership to define and drive the Pod-Agents roadmap, from discovery through pilot, GA, and ongoing iteration. This is greenfield product work in a regulated domain. You'll make good calls with incomplete information and know when to slow down and learn more before moving forward. • Serve as a cross-functional thought partner across Pod-Agents, ECM, and Access, helping connect the dots between what we're building and Pair Team's broader care delivery model and partner programs.
