• Build RPA bots that are 100% production-ready, able to work around slow legacy systems, unexpected pop-ups and UI instabilities. • Defensive programming: implement retry logic and continuous validations to ensure the bot exhausts recovery options before failing. • Advanced automation: reduce reliance on on-screen clicks (basic UI automation) by prioritizing background commands, APIs and deep code-level handling to ensure stability and performance. • Logging and traceability: develop clear, informative and standardized logs, cleanly distinguishing Technical Failures (System Exceptions) from Business Rule Blocks (Business Exceptions).

• Design the solution's multi-agent architecture, defining agent topology, orchestration strategies, intent routing, and state management across the customer journey • Create and implement specialized agents, defining roles, tools, memory, context and handoff rules between agents at each step of the developed flow • Develop and optimize prompts, policies and guardrails, ensuring consistent, safe behavior aligned with internal guidelines (protection against prompt injection, jailbreak and leakage of sensitive information) • Define and operate evaluation metrics, creating automated testing pipelines and continuously monitoring performance, latency, cost per interaction and response quality • Ensure data security and privacy by implementing access controls, anonymization and interaction traceability • Manage the lifecycle of models and agents in production (versioning, controlled rollouts, drift monitoring and fallback strategies) • Create and maintain technical documentation and engineering standards (agent contracts, prompt templates, operational runbooks and development guidelines) • Collaborate with product, data and software engineering teams to ensure reliable integration of agents with other systems.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Power BI, ensuring performance, usability, and reliability of deliverables; • Design and implement tabular models, including dimensional modeling, hierarchies, and DAX measures; • Lead migrations of legacy architectures from Azure Analysis Services to Power BI Premium / Fabric; • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, working consultatively with stakeholders to ensure delivered data generates real value; • Manage the lifecycle of semantic models: deployment, versioning, partition updates, performance monitoring, and workspace management in the Power BI Service; • Implement and maintain data security policies at the row-level (RLS) and object-level, ensuring compliance with each client’s or department’s access rules; • Perform data transformations and cleansing using Power Query with SQL and/or M; • Optimize models and DAX measures to ensure performance on large data volumes, applying best practices for compression and cardinality; • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define the data layers that feed analytical models (gold/semantic); • Document models, measures, and development standards, contributing to the standardization and evolution of the team’s BI practices; • Support pre-sales and technical qualification processes by preparing proofs of concept and demonstrations of analytical solutions for clients.

• Define and document end-to-end data architectures, from source ingestion to analytical consumption layers, ensuring scalability, performance, and governance • Establish technical standards, development guidelines, and architectural decisions to promote consistency across projects and teams • Lead adoption and evolution of Lakehouse architecture (Medallion Architecture) in Databricks and Azure environments, including partitioning, clustering, and Delta Table optimization strategies • Define and guide data ingestion strategies for batch, incremental, CDC, and streaming scenarios • Provide technical leadership for data modeling decisions appropriate to the analytical context and consumption patterns • Ensure implementation of data governance practices (cataloging, lineage, access control at object/row/column levels) • Act in a consultative capacity with clients, conducting technical discovery, gathering requirements, and presenting architectural proposals • Support and review the work of data engineers, ensuring adherence to defined standards and promoting development best practices • Collaborate with BI, Engineering, and AI teams to define the data layers that support analytical, semantic, and ML models • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and integration patterns aligned with the Azure + Databricks ecosystem • Monitor the health of data platforms (quality, SLAs, compute and storage costs) and propose continuous improvements • Contribute to pre-sales activities and technical qualification of opportunities by developing reference architectures and effort estimates.

• Executar testes de segurança (pentests) em aplicações Web, APIs, Mobile e Infraestrutura, atuando de forma progressivamente autônoma; • Conduzir testes de: - Pentest Web (obrigatório); - Pentest API (obrigatório); - Pentest de Infraestrutura / Active Directory (obrigatório); • Participar de exercícios de Red Team, aplicando TTPs (Táticas, Técnicas e Procedimentos) alinhadas às ameaças do negócio; • Elaborar relatórios técnicos claros e objetivos, com evidências, riscos e recomendações de mitigação; • Apoiar times de Produto e Blue Team na análise das vulnerabilidades e na definição de correções; • Contribuir com a evolução das metodologias do time, incluindo automação de tarefas e melhoria contínua; • Compartilhar conhecimento e acompanhar tendências, novas técnicas e ferramentas de segurança.
