Role Description As a Travel Consultant, you’ll join our highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. - Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) - Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services - Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations - Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), including Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Training may be provided - Ensure compliance to customers’ agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements - Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests - Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels We look forward to sharing more detailed job functions and key performance indicators during the interview process. • Unlock great clinical outcomes for our members by adhering to Groups Recovery System and providing consistent, high quality counseling activities. • Conduct intake assessments to evaluate individuals’ appropriateness for our program. • Complete clinical assessments as assigned each day. • Provide individual support, as needed, such as crisis intervention, referrals to other resources, liaising with outside parties involved in the member’s treatment and coordinating with the Care Navigators. • Utilize our custom EMR to document members’ progress in a manner that is efficient and value-added, fully digitized, and never bureaucratic and ensure all clinicians in office follow suit. • Partner with providers to evaluate appropriateness of treatment for every member who enters our program. • In charge of all compliance activities associated with member admission requirements and corresponding documentation. • Participate in internal and external training required for upkeep of licensure. • Responsible for documenting care coordination needs handled by Care Navigator. • Participate as representative of the treatment team that discusses difficult members. • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care • Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum • Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when needed • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR • Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations

• Oversee the Denver, CO territory in this unique remote opportunity. • Host and implement event/activity plans for your territory. • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families. • Maintain a full schedule that includes fairs, school visits, presentations, community/campus events, and hosting campus visits. • Use critical thinking skills to support prospective Grand Canyon University campus students and families through the admissions process.
