Role Description The Business Value Consulting Methodology & Transformation Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, documentation, adoption and continuous improvement of the methodologies, frameworks, standards and operational practices that underpin the Worldwide BVC organisation. Working closely with the Director of Client Experience, GTM Standards & Methodology, this individual will help translate strategic objectives into scalable frameworks, playbooks, learning assets, governance models and operational processes that drive consistency and excellence across the global BVC organisation. The role combines research, analysis, instructional design, methodology development and organisational change support to help mature the BVC operating model and client engagement experience globally. • Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters on bare metal, including node management and OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt). • Automate infrastructure management using Ansible, Python, etc. • Configure and manage OpenShift networking (CNI) and storage (CSI). • Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting for the OpenShift environment. • Manage OpenShift control plane components and operators. • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, utilizing strong project management skills. • Implement and maintain security best practices for OpenShift. • Work with multiple internal teams as part of a group effort to migrate our virtualization stack

• Define the long-term technical roadmap for excitation systems in the global nuclear fleet, including obsolescence management, digital upgrades, and life-extension programs • Ensure all excitation designs and modifications strictly adhere to nuclear regulatory requirements and internal Nuclear Quality Management Systems • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex, high-priority system disturbances in nuclear facilities, ensuring that solutions prioritize both plant availability and safety-critical stability • Direct advanced modeling and simulation to analyze the interaction between large-scale nuclear baseload generation and evolving grid codes, ensuring the fleet’s continued stability • Provide expert-level consulting to the Commercial and Sales teams for multi-million dollar nuclear retrofit tenders, ensuring technical feasibility and risk mitigation • Institutionalize decades of excitation domain expertise by mentoring Staff and Lead engineers for nuclear excitation engineering • Provide guidance and leadership in developing documentation standards • Lead formal design reviews for New Product Introductions (NPI) and custom nuclear applications, ensuring rigorous verification and validation (V&V)

Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work on our enterprise AI SaaS product and own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. Specifically, you will: - Build and own user-facing product features from idea to production - Work closely with engineering, product, and design to plan, architect, and ship features - Design, build, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs and web UIs - Partner with functional leaders across the organization (i.e., GTM, finance, customer support) to design and build internal tools to streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows Qualifications - Likely have 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience - You’re a heavy user of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex - You stay up to date with the latest in AI, including new LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling - You have strong product and design taste and a clear sense of what “good” looks like - You take ownership and are comfortable driving an entire part of a product - You manage your own time and priorities well - You’re happy moving across frontend and backend when needed - You communicate clearly and work well with others, especially when things are ambiguous - You’ve built and maintained production systems used by real users - You’re comfortable learning new tools and building things from scratch Requirements - Experience at early-stage startups or building your own products (Bonus) - Have heard of Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, or InterfaceCraft (Bonus) Benefits - Ship real products that get real usage, from customer-facing features to internal tools - Work cross-functionally.
