Role Description Own and build DAS Health’s event and field marketing strategy from the ground up—driving measurable pipeline impact through trade shows, executive events, and sales-aligned marketing programs. DAS Health is seeking a highly organized, results-driven Field Marketing and Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement of: - Trade shows - Conferences - Hosted events - Webinars - Customer engagement programs This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is both execution-focused and data-driven, with a strong ability to connect event investments directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure events and field marketing initiatives are purposeful, measurable, and aligned to company growth priorities. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, or field marketing - Proven experience owning events end-to-end, from planning through reporting - Strong ability to measure event performance and ROI, including pipeline impact and conversion metrics - Experience partnering with sales teams to drive engagement and revenue outcomes - Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail - Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple initiatives simultaneously - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Willingness to travel as needed for events Requirements - Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare, B2B technology, managed services, cybersecurity, or SaaS (preferred) - Experience building event processes, playbooks, or reporting frameworks (preferred) - Experience in a high-growth or evolving environment (preferred) Benefits - Opportunity to build and shape the event and field marketing function from the ground up - High visibility role with direct impact on pipeline and growth strategy - Collaborative environment working closely with sales and executive leadership - Fast-moving, growth-stage team with strong opportunity for impact
