Quality Assurance Manager

• Help refine our existing processes around Quality Engineering, and champion these processes throughout the entire organization • Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting and fund accounting principles is required. • Strong experience using AI tools to implement automated tests (preferably Cursor, Playwright AI, Robot framework, etc). • Advocate for automated testing and converting all manual tests to automated tests. • Identify metrics for QE success, and report on these metrics inside and outside the engineering group including measuring improvements in automation efficiency, test coverage, and defect detection enabled by AI. • Be responsible for career development of QEs within your group • Run one-on-ones on a regular cadence • Embed AI-assisted testing practices into day-to-day QA workflows to improve efficiency, test coverage, and overall software quality • Guide and enable QA engineers in the effective use of AI tools and practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the team • Help QEs identify areas for improvement, create plans to improve, and execute improvements

Job Requirements

  • Experience with AI TOOLS and its implementation across all aspects of Testing (preferably Cursor, Playwright AI, Robot framework, etc)
  • Experience with and passion for testing methodologies and improvements thereof (ideally within an agile development process)
  • Experience with testing of different types (e.g., automated/accessibility, manual) and at different levels (smoke, integration, regression)
  • Experience working in an environment using CI/CD preferred
  • Experience with developing and reporting effective QE metrics to a wide range of audiences
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Role Description As a Quality Management Specialist, you will partner with key members of leadership for the design and implementation of Quality Management procedures, ongoing improvement efforts, and other team projects with the aim of achieving organizational, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. - Review and analyze current processes related to the application and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices; provide leadership with recommendations for updates to comply with the current regulatory and accreditation requirements. - Identify gaps in efficient process workflow and suggest steps for quality process improvement. - Measure process performance using valid and accurate methods; analyze trends, variation, and process stability to determine if defined performance metrics are met and identify areas of risk. - Lead and support structured quality improvement initiatives (e.g. DMAIC or equivalent) to address root causes, reduce variation, and improve performance outcomes. - Manage and lead Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) ensuring defined problem statements, root cause analysis, measurable objectives, implementation, and validation of sustained improvement outcomes. - Manage and ensure execution of CAPAs, including documented root cause analysis, defined success metrics, implementation tracking, and post-implementation validation. - Serve as liaison between clients and MRIoA’s quality management department as needed.
