Client Services – Project Coordinator

Assist World

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up • Manage client inquiries, requests, and escalations in a timely manner • Coordinate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications • Ensure client expectations, deliverables, and timelines are clearly communicated and managed • Support projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and action items • Assist with resource planning and workload coordination across teams • Develop and maintain operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes • Track project performance metrics and prepare management reports • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives • Prepare client reports, project updates, and operational summaries • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases • Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Coordination, Operations, or a related role
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a remote environment (preferred)
  • Exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall (preferred)
  • Experience using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Experience supporting client-facing projects or service delivery teams (preferred)
  • Budget tracking, procurement, or financial administration experience (preferred)
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, marketing agencies, technology, or financial services environments (preferred)
