• Strategic consulting: You advise our clients on developing comprehensive Modern Work, Smart Work, and cloud strategies — from the vision to a concrete roadmap along their cloud journey. • Project leadership: You take the technical lead on client projects related to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, information architectures, and other cloud solutions. • Stakeholder management: You plan and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and decision-making sessions with business units, IT, and management. • Teamwork: You collaborate closely with our internal consulting, engineering, and project teams as well as external technical partners. • Innovation & development: You monitor current cloud, AI, and market trends and identify innovative capabilities to optimize business processes.
Job Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT, business, engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Microsoft, Modern Work, or cloud environments
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with cloud strategies, AI/Copilot, security standards, and ideally Graph API and PowerShell
- Experience in client projects, leading workshops, stakeholder management, and change management for introducing new technologies
- Structured, independent working style, strategic thinking, and strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- High interpersonal skills, team orientation, and the ability to drive innovation and new technologies convincingly within the team
- Very good German and good English skills, plus willingness to travel
