Role Description As a Senior Technical Consultant at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS), you’ll help leading organizations strengthen their fraud and identity strategy. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design, implement, and support SaaS-based solutions that address complex business challenges across industries such as banking and eCommerce. Your broad technical expertise and collaborative approach will drive successful integrations and lasting customer relationships. - Guide customers through design, development, testing, deployment, training, and post-deployment optimization to ensure smooth delivery and long-term adoption. - Design, consult, test, and troubleshoot customer integrations, including: - Mobile SDK integrations - Desktop and mobile web fingerprinting - RESTful API integration - Advise mobile and web application developers, fraud managers, and business leaders on implementation and industry best practices and aid in operationalizing insights from LNRS solutions. - Communicate and present to internal and customer business stakeholders. - Occasional travel may be required. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of total professional experience – 7+ preferred – that includes: - Minimum 3 years – 5+ preferred – in application development, ideally including mobile app development. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical project management. - Proven track record of delivering successful technology integration projects, ideally in fraud, payments, or security. - Comfortable and skilled performing different consulting roles, including: - Acting as the technical lead when paired with a project manager. - Leading other consultants on customer-facing projects as the project manager. - Strong understanding of internet technologies (HTTP, TCP, SSL, DOM). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to review and understand technical concepts, such as: - HTML - JavaScript - Single Page Applications (Angular, React, etc.) - Browser Developer Tools - SDKs and their use in mobile apps Requirements - Experience with mobile development (Xcode, Android Studio), strongly desired. - Web and API development. - Familiarity with JSON and URL-encoded data. - Experience with SQL and Python. - Understanding of authentication, identity verification, and fraud in a digital context. Benefits - Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. - Base Pay Range for CO: $95,300 - $158,800. - Base Pay Range for IL: $100,100 - $166,800. - Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL: $104,800 - $174,700. - Base Pay Range for MD: $100,100 - $166,800. - Base Pay Range for NY: $104,800 - $174,700. - Base Pay Range for New York City: $114,300 - $190,500. - Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY: $95,300 - $158,800. - Base Pay Range for OH: $90,500 - $150,900. - Base Pay Range for NJ: $112,574 - $179,826. - This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.

Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Policy, Child Rights, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration or other related field. Requirements - Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in child rights, child protection, social policy, or public sector reform. - Demonstrated experience conducting policy reviews, research and stakeholder consultations. - Experience supporting development of national action plans, strategies or public policy reforms. - Previous experience working with government institutions, international organizations, or UN agencies. - Experience in drafting analytical reports and policy recommendations. - Fluency in Greek (written and spoken). - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Strong understanding of child rights frameworks and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. - Knowledge of the Greek child protection and social welfare system. - Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills. - Experience in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to synthesize complex information and formulate policy recommendations.
