- True Remote Flexibility:** Work from anywhere in the United States. We embrace an "all-remote" culture that values results over office hours, allowing for off-peak lifestyles and improved work-life harmony.
- Autonomy & Ownership:** We believe in "Managers of One". You will have the agency to set your own pace, manage your own focus, and lead initiatives with a high degree of independence.
- Mission-Driven Impact:** Opportunity to work at the intersection of philanthropy and systems design, backing breakthrough solutions that target 100x social returns.
- Broad Focus & Professional Growth:** Exposure to a diverse portfolio—including AI Safety, Climate Solutions, and Big Art—offering unique professional development in emerging fields.
- High-Leverage Environment:** Work directly with the CEO and a team of domain experts in a dynamic, flat-structure organization where no task is too small and no idea is too ambitious.
