Role Description DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This individual will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for leading medium to large identity-focused engagements while helping customers modernize and secure their identity environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across identity platforms and be capable of designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that align with business objectives and security requirements. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide consultative guidance to customers. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while mentoring less experienced engineers and contributing to the continued growth of DGR Systems' Identity practice. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management solutions. - Experience leading customer-facing technical projects. - Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity environments. - Experience with Okta or other enterprise identity platforms. - Experience implementing MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity governance solutions. - Experience with PIM, PAM, RBAC, and least-privilege security models. - Experience performing identity assessments, migrations, and modernization initiatives. - Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers. • Help Engineering Teams Adopt AI-Native Development • Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations • Configure environments, design workflows, and run hands-on enablement sessions • Help developers integrate Cursor into real production workflows, not isolated demos • Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams • Identify workflow friction and solve problems quickly • Expand Cursor Across the Organization • Identify where Cursor should expand next inside the customer environment • Help engineering organizations evolve from isolated usage to company-wide adoption • Design rollout strategies for new workflows, teams, and platform groups • Partner with customers to operationalize AI-assisted development at scale • Work closely with Account Executives during major expansion moments • Become a Trusted Technical Partner • Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders • Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning discussions • Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock customer progress • Help organizations navigate workflow and operational change as AI-native development evolves • Drive Real Customer Outcomes • Help customers translate adoption into measurable engineering impact • Connect Cursor usage to outcomes like faster iteration cycles, improved developer productivity, workflow efficiency, and engineering quality • Help customers communicate the value of Cursor internally and build momentum for broader adoption • Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns across the organization • Help Make Cursor Indispensable • Deepen workflow adoption and long-term product stickiness • Monitor competitive risk and help customers standardize on Cursor over time • Support recovery plans when adoption slows or competing tools gain traction • Help customers build workflows they can’t imagine operating without • Shape the Future of the Product • Bring structured feedback from strategic customers into Product and Engineering • Identify emerging workflow patterns, friction points, and enterprise requirements • Help shape new capabilities through lighthouse customers and design partnerships • Turn successful customer workflows into reusable playbooks and reference patterns

• Build and maintain relationships and develop technical champions within government and partner organizations. • Assist in project planning and drafting statements of work and technical requirements • Work closely with cross-functional government partners to clarify problems and understand system constraints, and offer feasible and high-value technical solutions that consider the needs of all stakeholders. • Assist in documenting and communicating technical best practices and in the framing of government RFPs. • Collaborate with government partners and provide written resources to communicate complex technical concepts. • Provide technical perspectives and expertise in service of improved government services for government agencies, organizational stakeholders, and other key audiences. • Estimate project scope and rough project plans for government initiatives. • Contribute technical analysis to assessments of prospective new state engagements, including landscape research and partner capacity findings, in support of team and leadership decision-making. • Implement proof-of-concept applications, software installations, and custom development projects. • Lead light technical implementations and low / no-code software solutions. • Develop and implement training plans and documents to empower government agencies to improve and modernize the delivery of government services. • Other duties as assigned

• Join sales calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert. Help AEs in the sales process through training, tailored guidance and strategy. • Develop playbooks and training materials for in-house legal teams. Transform these into refined product training packs, comprehensive documentation, and impactful thought-leadership content. • Represent Spellbook in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events, showcasing your legal expertise and our product leadership. • Translate real-world transactional workflows into actionable product features and enhancements. • Participate in feature discovery, development and testing, translating customer insights into clear product requirements. • Support with other responsibilities and projects as required.
