Associate Sales Development Representative

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning new accounts and exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close net-new business in competitive markets
- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a results driven, quota-carrying environment
- Competitive background that demonstrates a strong drive, discipline, and a desire to win (e.g., collegiate athlete, club sports, military, or similar)
- Willingness to travel ~50% to actively develop territory, meet prospects, and close business
- B2B sales experience with formal sales training (e.g., Challenger, Miller Heiman, Sandler) with application in real-world sales cycles (preferred)
- Experience using Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline, track activity, and drive results (preferred)
- Experience selling into complex organizations (e.g., healthcare, enterprise, or multi-stakeholder environments) (preferred)
- Strong prospecting mindset with success in cold outreach, networking, and uncovering new opportunities (preferred)
- Willingness to consider relocation within region for promotional opportunities after 12-24 months (preferred)
