• Own the complete AI platform portfolio across three categories: AI-enabled UX, AI agents (MCP/agentic automation), and AI in data processing. • Drive embedded AI features from internal alpha through production — managing rollout criteria, prompt iteration, success rate thresholds, and the decision framework for when each feature is ready for customer availability. • Define and maintain Redox's AI investment framework: KPIs, rollout criteria, cost guidelines, and the research agenda for what we still need to learn (monitoring, agentic loops, RAG, re-prompting). • Manage beta relationships for agentic use cases across multiple customer segments. • Lead Redox's agentic product strategy — starting with the MCP Server as the current foundation, expanding into native agent support for high-value customer workflows throughout 2026, with a clear 2027 vision & roadmap. • Equip sales and CS to position Redox's AI platform story accurately. • Scope and drive overall platform features required to unlock new use case, channel partnerships, & commercial success in the Enterprise customer base. • Ensure complex infrastructure work (VPN configurations, multi-tenant patterns, integration partner requirements) is scoped clearly and investments are made with commercial need. • Partner with GTM & Customer Success to enable vendor customer growth (both new business and expansion). • Contribute to use case development, customer segmentation, & field enablement to close high-value Enterprise vendor deals.
• Own the lifecycle of our team members. You’ll manage workflows and integrations to ensure the right people have the right access at the right time. • Act as the primary architect for our macOS fleet using JAMF, ensuring every device is compliant, encrypted, and ready for work with minimal disruptions to the user. • Monitor and improve DLP posture through technical implementation using Crowdstrike, Slack, and Google. • Move beyond manual tickets. You’ll utilize and tune automation tools to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and support questions. • Partner with our DevOps teams to manage security access configurations within AWS, learning to navigate and secure cloud-native environments. • Champion the use of AI tools to enhance Security and IT efficiency, from automated helpdesk responses to identifying anomalous login patterns. • Partner with the HR (People) team to create impactful security trainings and updates to empower all employees to be the first line of defense. • Provide high-touch IT and security support. You’ll be the friendly face of security, helping employees understand why security protocols matter and how to follow them.

Opportunity & Impact In this role, you’ll leverage your project management expertise, analytical skills, and knowledge of interoperability standards to normalize data for our APIs—enabling all applications on the Redox network to seamlessly integrate with your solution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support. Job Responsibilities - Independently manage and complete multi-week integration projects from kickoff to go-live without regular guidance. - Execute tasks related to data gathering, configuration, and troubleshooting for medium-complexity projects across diverse product lines. - Utilize the Redox dashboard and graphical interfaces to design, install, test, and modify interfaces. - Make independent decisions within established practices and procedures to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met. - Act as a trusted advisor to customer counterparts, communicating effectively on project-specific tasks and identifying integration gaps. - Provide active input on team direction and goals, collaborating to improve internal processes and efficiency. - Willing to travel nationwide (5–10%). Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer). - Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API-based data exchange. - Ability to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues. - Proven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight. Certain positions within Customer Success may be eligible for incentive compensation such as bonuses or commissions. *The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment. • Drive multiple, concurrent integration projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customer timelines and complex technical requirements are successfully met. • Provide strategic guidance by evaluating customer workflows and technical infrastructure, identifying integration gaps, and proposing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency. • Design, build, and deploy customer integrations using our platform's tools and dashboard. Managing the full cycle of configuration, testing, modification, and go-live support. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Account Management and Sales, to ensure the long-term success and technical health of key customer accounts. • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, reusable implementation assets, and internal best practices to empower both customers and internal teams. • Maintain clear and proactive communication, providing regular status updates on project milestones, risks, and outcomes to all internal and external stakeholders. • Continuously advance your expertise in key integration standards and technologies to serve as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues. • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 5-10%).
• Partner with customers from contract assignment through their onboarding experience • Act as a trusted collaborator with the customer to prepare technically and operationally for ideal integration outcomes • Work with our customers and their customers to help guide them through integrating with their first site • Help guide customers through training so they can develop, prepare operationally for integrations, and use the Redox tools optimally • Collaborate internally to manage customer onboarding, success plan, and escalations • Maintain internal documentation relating to customers and processes • Create onboarding collateral for use through our learning management system • Keep up to date with product enhancements • Monitor industry trends and how they impact our customers
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, and leadership reporting • Pull and prep data for weekly and monthly operating cadences; ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time • Own pipeline hygiene by proactively identifying issues, driving accountability with reps, and improving underlying processes to prevent recurring problems — flag stale opportunities, missing fields, and data quality issues; follow up with reps and managers to resolve • Track funnel metrics (lead-to-opportunity, stage conversion, win rates) and rep attainment; surface trends and anomalies • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively surface insights to GTM and Finance stakeholders • Contribute to ongoing improvements in Salesforce configuration to support evolving business needs — manage user setup, permissioning, profiles, roles, page layouts, fields, validation rules, and automation (flows) • Support the quote-to-cash process in Salesforce CPQ — assist with quote creation, product catalog updates, pricing rules, and troubleshooting approval workflows • Maintain lead routing, assignment rules, and MQL-to-SQL handoff processes • Support data enrichment and deduplication efforts to maintain data integrity across systems • Manage integrations and day-to-day operations of GTM tools, including HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and first-line troubleshooting across revenue systems • Maintain system documentation, process guides, and training materials; support ongoing team enablement • Assist with renewal tracking and ensure renewal pipeline data in Salesforce is current and accurate • Help ensure Salesforce data aligns with what finance needs for bookings, billing, and commission calculations • Partner with RevOps and GTM stakeholders to support improvements to systems and processes

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for one or more key market segments, cultivating deep domain expertise in their interoperability needs. • Define and document clear business requirements for new features, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations that solve customer pain points (e.g. CMS Regulations for certified EHRs, HTI-4, CMS Interoperability Framework, CMS-0057, TEFCA, etc.). • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to align commercial intent with technical feasibility, development plans, and user experience • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data analytics and user feedback to inform product strategy and measure adoption/success. • Spearhead product positioning & core messaging that resonates with target buyers and customer segments for current products. • Identify new bets to make in the space of interoperability. • Partner with Marketing on launch strategies, including content development (white papers, case studies, blogs), and release plans. • Serve as a thought leader to position Redox as an interoperability platform partner, supporting Sales Enablement through training, pitch materials, competitive battle cards, and product demonstrations for strategic customers. • Participate in a cross-functional group that discusses the impact of regulatory changes/shifts on the business & our customers, e.g DaVinci implementation guides. • Develop strategies that are commensurate with impact. • Plan for product enhancements to support current and future customers in the interop space.
