• In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects. • Each day, you will support managing and executing the project by completing administrative tasks within assigned workflows. • You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience preferred in customer service, account management and/or project support, with demonstrated success in building relationships.
- Project Management Certifications Preferred.
- Construction project management experience preferred, with ability to manage complex deliverables and timelines.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and motivation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to define issues, collect data, draw conclusions, and implement solutions.
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical services or willingness to learn technical aspects quickly.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments, with skill in handling ambiguity and conflict resolution.
- Proven coordination and communication skills to align internal teams and customers, meeting unique requirements.
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

The qualified candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager, in a fast-paced, multi-faceted program dedicated to problem solving and completing projects with precision and accuracy. - Participate in scope of work development, project planning, project oversight, project management, and conference calls with clients and other environmental consultants related to Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. - Evaluate long-term liability including cost and options during site development to reduce long-term remediation costs. - Responsible for dewatering permitting and dewatering oversight. - Manage environmental assessment/compliance/remediation projects to client expectations from proposal through execution to invoicing. - Effectively mentor less experienced staff.
