• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop dashboard wireframes to align stakeholders on scope and functionality, displaying structure, layout, content hierarchy, navigation, interactions and use flow • Leveraging dashboard approved dashboard wireframes, build SAP Analytics Cloud stories and conduct analyses to identify trends and insights that support business decision-making. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in Marketing Intelligence solutions, managing testing, troubleshooting and Incident Response Management for owned dashboards. • Analyze data within the data warehouse and collaborate with data engineers to optimize solutions for performance. • Independently execute tasks, from ideation to delivery, proactively interacting with cross-functional teams to access necessary resources or data. • Develop and maintain team documentation for core reports, including marketing KPI definitions, data catalogues, and user guides. Be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms.

Role Description This is a contract opportunity that will go through 6/30/2026 with plans to renew annually. Our client within the Gaming Industry is looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to own end-to-end creative execution for paid media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of creative, media, and operations, ensuring assets are planned, produced, approved, and delivered seamlessly across channels. You’ll act as the connective tissue between IMC, external agencies, media planners, and project management teams. While this role has strong project management elements, it requires a hands-on understanding of creative specs, trafficking, and media alignment to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.
