• Preparation of Single Line Relaying & Metering Diagrams • Preparing AC & DC Schematic Diagrams • Creating Equipment Interconnection Wiring Diagrams • Developing Cable Schedules • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to new designers • Interpreting and incorporating vendor information into design deliverables • Conducting walkdowns at client substation facilities
Job Requirements
- An Associate's Degree in drafting or equivalent technical experience
- 10 or more years of experience in the preparation and review of wiring diagrams for high voltage substations (138kV and above)
- Advanced knowledge of computer drafting tools (i.e. AutoCAD or MicroStation)
- Ability to visualize parts in 3D without the aid of the computer
- Ability to multi-task from project to project
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including the ability to relate various equipment to a technical design.

Key Responsibilities: Design Execution - Create innovative footwear designs from concept through commercialization across multiple categories (sandals, slides, closed-toe, lifestyle). - Help discover, generate and/or translate consumer insights, trend research, and brand strategy into compelling, commercially viable products. - Develop detailed design packages including sketches, colorways, materials, and construction specs. Innovation & Comfort Leadership - Integrate OOFOS proprietary foam technologies into new silhouettes and concepts. - Partner with Innovation and Development teams to explore new materials, constructions, and comfort solutions. - Contribute to evolving “Ultimate Comfort” from both a functional and visual standpoint. Collaboration - Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Development, and Marketing teams to bring concepts to life and ensure alignment through launch. - Collaborate with factories and developers to ensure design intent is executed accurately with quality. • We're looking for a dedicated part-time thumbnail designer to own thumbnail production for Richard Yu's YouTube channel (business / AI / online-entrepreneurship). • You'll start at ~2 days a week, and the role is built to grow. • Execution (majority of the role). ~9 thumbnails per week built from concepts we've already mapped out , reference, text, colors, and direction provided on a Miro board with a Loom walkthrough. • Repackaging (the growth lane). Your remaining time goes to repackaging published videos: we send you the title of an existing video, and you create a new thumbnail you believe will outperform the current one , your own ideation and execution.
