Imply
• Own campaign planning and execution—paid, email, content syndication, webinars, and more—in partnership with our agency • Build and optimize nurture programs and conversion funnels across the full buyer journey • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; translate data into clear recommendations and next steps • Partner with Sales Ops to improve lead scoring, routing, and funnel conversion • Work closely with sales to ensure tight campaign-to-followup loops and feedback cycles • Use available tools—including AI where it helps—to work efficiently without losing the strategic thinking that makes campaigns actually work • Translate product positioning into campaign messaging that resonates with technical and business buyers • Collaborate on go-to-market assets (landing pages, emails, one-pagers) to support campaign launches • Conduct market and competitive research to keep campaigns sharp and differentiated
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a clear track record of pipeline impact
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling—our stack includes Marketo, Rich, CommonRoom, and Gong
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including ABM principles and lead scoring
- Original thinker who brings their own ideas to campaign strategy, not just executes a playbook
- Comfortable using modern tools—including AI—to improve efficiency, while keeping your own judgment at the center of the work
- Excellent written communication skills—you can write sharp copy and clear performance summaries
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment; you know how to prioritize and get things done
- Strong collaborator who can work across sales, product, and agency partners without needing a lot of hand-holding.
