• Drive SFO Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across performance channels (digital, paid media, email, web, etc.) to drive brand awareness, high-value lead generation, and pipeline acceleration within the Single Family Office segment. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to align on messaging and content strategy to ensure effective messaging in market. • Optimize Campaigns through Data: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. • Execute High-Touch Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate a high-impact portfolio of digital activations, content distribution, and boutique event/roundtable marketing activities tailored to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) networks. • Serve as SFO Segment Subject Matter Expert (SME): Develop and maintain a deep understanding of family office market trends, integration requirements, and persona challenges, serving as the team's SME on how these can be leveraged across growth campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology, wealth management, or software industry.
  • Proven experience leading and driving performance marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Strong project management skills specifically managing multiple growth marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build interpersonal connections with internal sales collaborators and external stakeholders.
  • Creative problem solver with a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
