IT Category Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive category strategies for various IT sub-categories, including software, hardware, telecommunications, and IT services, aligned with Jabil's global objectives. • Lead all aspects of the sourcing process, from market research and supplier identification to RFP development, bid analysis, and contract negotiation with key IT vendors. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (IT, finance, legal) to understand their needs, communicate sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment. • Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement within the IT category. • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to achieve best value for money and mitigate risks. • Manage supplier relationships, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance, drive compliance, and foster strategic partnerships. • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, track and report on savings achieved, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. • Collaborate with legal counsel to review and finalize contracts, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and Jabil's standards. • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Jabil's IT landscape, business requirements, and strategic objectives.

• Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance • Drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements • Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc. • Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projects • Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements • Primary capabilities in subcontract management such as the following will be needed: Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ • Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques • Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms) • Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity • Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems • Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business.
