Role Description En Coforge estamos buscando un Business Analyst Senior con sólida experiencia en la industria de Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) y un fuerte enfoque en analítica y Power BI. Este rol senior liderará iniciativas cross-funcionales y generará insights basados en datos para impulsar decisiones estratégicas. - Levantamiento y análisis de requerimientos: - Recopilar, documentar y validar requerimientos de áreas como Ventas, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Planeamiento de Demanda, Finanzas y Operaciones. - Traducir necesidades en BRDs o user stories. - Mejora de procesos y diseño de soluciones: - Analizar procesos actuales e identificar oportunidades de mejora o automatización. - Aplicar mejores prácticas de CPG para optimizar operaciones. - Análisis de datos e insights: - Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos (incluyendo POS y Nielsen/IRI) para identificar tendencias y generar recomendaciones accionables. - Colaboración cross-funcional: - Actuar como puente entre negocio y tecnología. - Facilitar workshops y sesiones ágiles (JAD, sprint planning, UAT). - Gestión de proyectos y stakeholders: - Liderar entregables analíticos, gestionar riesgos y tiempos, y comunicar avances a stakeholders senior.
