• Assist with the collection and analysis of quantitative data regarding operational health. • Partner with leadership to summarize data and qualitative feedback. • Coordinate with business intelligence team on operational dashboards and trackers. • Help build presentations and data visuals for stakeholder updates. • Maintain and update project plans for various projects. • Support maintenance of project management tools and documentation. • Monitor project timelines and escalate potential risks to leadership. • Help map out existing business processes to improve workflows. • Organize task lists and track action items for operational leadership. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience within healthcare required
- Familiarity with value based care preferred
- Experience working with a top-tier electronic health record (EHR) system strongly preferred
- Excellent computer skills and experience working with a wide range of software applications including Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform.
