Qualifications - 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field. - 2 years of experience with technical recruiting. - Knowledge of Ontario employment law and HR best practices. - Experience using an HRIS (Rippling experience is a plus). - Experience using an ATS (Workable experience is a plus). - Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Experience managing or supporting performance management processes. - Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
