• Execute outbound prospecting for defined ICP accounts and target personas • Engage Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Operations leaders and SAP/IT stakeholders • Conduct structured, high-activity cadences across multiple channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn to generate real conversations • Personalize outreach based on industry, role and operational context • Perform initial discovery and qualify opportunities for the Sales team • Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars and industry events • Keep the CRM up to date and ensure organized handoffs to Account Executives • Actively participate in training, role-plays and call reviews • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing teams
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound prospecting with demonstrable results
- Consistent track record of booking qualified meetings accepted by the commercial/sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Comfortable interacting with technical and operational buyers
- Receptive to feedback, disciplined and metrics-driven
- Conversational English
