What You'll Do as Our Digital Asset Management Specialist - Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Medela's DAM platform. - Manage asset ingestion, metadata standards, taxonomy, tagging, version control, and content lifecycle processes. - Ensure digital assets are organized, searchable, compliant, and accessible across teams and regions. - Establish and maintain governance standards for asset management and content organization. - Partner with Creative, Brand, Digital, Product Marketing, and regional teams to support content needs. - Develop and maintain metadata frameworks, naming conventions, and data dictionaries. - Monitor asset usage and ensure compliance with brand standards and governance requirements. - Train and support education for PIM and DAM users across the organization. - Collaborate with technology and platform partners on integrations, enhancements, and system improvements. - Support DAM migrations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For - Digital Asset Management Specialist - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Library Science, Information Management, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing digital assets, content operations, DAM platforms, or related systems. - Experience administering Salsify or a comparable enterprise DAM platform. - Experience with PIM platforms. - Strong understanding of: - Metadata architecture - Taxonomy development - Tagging strategies - Asset governance - Content lifecycle management - Experience working with content management systems, DAM integrations, and automation workflows. - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to support and train users with varying levels of technical expertise. - Collaborative mindset and passion for helping teams access and manage content effectively. - Experience with enterprise DAM solutions such as Salsify, Bynder, Aprimo, Brandfolder, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms. - Experience supporting marketing, creative, brand, or content teams. - Experience with digital asset migrations, audits, and data quality initiatives. • Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Creative Services Digital Asset Management (DAM) system • Focus on asset ingest, metadata tagging, and maintaining content organization standards • Ensure assets are accurate, searchable, and aligned with governance policies • Execute core DAM workflows, including uploading assets and applying metadata • Provide operational and administrative support to maintain system health and usability • Assist with daily DAM operations and system upkeep

• Investigate & Trace: Dive into the weeds of suspected crypto scams, wallet compromises, and unauthorized withdrawals. • Secure & Mitigate: Take immediate action to lock down compromised accounts and halt suspicious outgoing transfers. • Guide the Client: Communicate directly with clients who may have fallen victim to sophisticated crypto scams. • Manage the Queue: Act as a master multi-tasker, managing multiple complex on-chain investigations at once. • Connect the Dots: Participate in weekly calibration sessions with your peers to share findings and stay ahead of fraudsters.

• Own the Narrative & Thought Leadership: You won't just post updates; you will identify and create the trending conversations, memes, and narratives that define the crypto cycle. • Deep Research & Synthesis: Work closely with our research and content teams to digest complex Web3 topics and translate them into sharp, high-value threads and posts. • Execute X-Native Copy: Write and post tweets, threads, and replies that balance wit, insight, and value to drive maximum distribution and reach. • Live Community Engagement: Engage directly with the crypto community in real-time—replying, quote-tweeting, and "bantering" with key accounts to maintain a dominant brand voice. • Drive Growth Outcomes: You are responsible for the performance of the account, using analytics to measure reach and engagement, then pivoting strategy to ensure we hit growth targets. • Collaborate for Distribution: Serve as "Mission Control" for our social presence, ensuring all content calendars align with major market events and company launches.
