• Administer and support Oracle Engineered Systems, including Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, Exadata, ZFS, and related infrastructure components • Monitor platform health, capacity, and performance to maintain service availability and reliability • Perform routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management across supported environments • Configure and support networking components including VLANs, switches, routing, firewall coordination, and connectivity across hosted and private cloud environments • Administer Linux and associated operating system environments, ensuring security, patch compliance, and operational stability • Support virtualization, storage, and system integration activities across infrastructure platforms • Investigate and resolve complex infrastructure incidents, performance issues, and service requests within agreed service levels • Support infrastructure project delivery, including implementation, migration, testing, and documentation activities • Collaborate with database, application, and customer teams to resolve cross-platform issues and improve service quality • Document technical procedures, support runbooks, infrastructure diagrams, and operational standards • Identify opportunities to improve platform resilience, automation, monitoring, and service efficiency • Share knowledge with team members and contribute to best practices across the infrastructure function
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments in a senior analyst or similar role
- Proven expertise with Oracle Engineered Systems, including Oracle Private Cloud Appliance, Exadata, ODA, and ZFS
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and infrastructure connectivity, including switching, routing, VLANs, and firewall coordination
- Experience administering Linux operating systems, patching, hardening, and performance tuning
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across compute, storage, networking, and virtualization layers
- Experience supporting project delivery, change implementation, and operational documentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, service delivery teams, and customers
