Role Description We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to lead vulnerability management efforts across a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for overseeing Veracode scanning results (SAST, SCA, and DAST) for approximately 100 web applications, as well as managing vulnerability data within ServiceNow’s Vulnerability Management platform for ~1,400 servers and an expanding container footprint. The analyst will also serve as a key liaison between application/support teams and Mayo Clinic’s OIS/VSPM security teams. Working across both legacy and modern platforms, this person will serve as a security steward for both the Lab Technology and MCS Technology domains. The goal of this role is to drive a shift from reactive remediation to proactive vulnerability management through improved visibility, coordination, and accountability. - Assists with and participates in leadership, coordination and management of activities required to operate, direct or advise a Mayo department or equivalent organizational structure. - Coordinates project, division and/or department budgets and provides appropriate financial reports and metrics for making department decisions. - Independently manages multiple large-scale internal business projects or single department-scale projects from inception to close, including resource management, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance and change control. - Must have broad knowledge of IT systems and interrelated technical processes in order to make necessary decisions regarding hardware, software or technology agreements. - May serve as subject matter expert for requirements gathering for industry proposals on behalf of Mayo Clinic. - Routinely interfaces with department committees and executive leadership and provides performance reports with strategic recommendations. - May serve as liaison for industry partnerships or as a representative for Mayo Clinic in national industry events. - Ensures communication between and among business proponents, stakeholders and Leadership regarding assignments. - Leads or contributes to the improvement of established guidelines, tools, templates and methodologies. - Demonstrates effective group facilitation, team building and conflict resolution skills. - Develops proposals and business plans that ensure quality IT solutions and delivery. • Support technical administration of the Yardi Voyager system across the organization in the respective modules • Assist in planning, designing, and implementing Yardi solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices • Participate in current implementation efforts and assist senior team members in preparation for the targeted go-live date • Develop an in-depth understanding of system design decisions, data structure, reporting requirements, and processes • Collaborate with functional teams and consultants to ensure alignment with system best practices • Support integrations with ancillary systems using tools such as APIs and the Yardi ETL tool, under direction from senior technical staff • Contribute input to the system roadmap and future platform enhancements • Coordinate with the Yardi Account Management Team and Welltower senior leaders to support planning and execution of Yardi-related initiatives • Meet regularly with Welltower module owners and senior technical analysts to document current system performance and recommend enhancements • Research, analyze, and help resolve software issues in collaboration with the yardi product support team and our internal yardi helpdesk • Provide technical support to property operators • Assist in monitoring system stability and usage • Use SQL scripts to improve reporting capabilities; assist in the development of database tables and reports to meet business requirements • Maintain documentation of user permissions, menus, and system security settings • Support compliance with internal audit and IT controls • Stay current on Yardi system updates and communicate relevant changes to internal stakeholders • Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches within change management processes • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to support system roadmap and technical deliverables • Support the development of data set processes; assist in analyzing large data sets to improve data quality and performance • Help maintain the data dictionary and support efforts to ensure master data integrity • Identify opportunities for automation and assist in implementing process improvements using data insights

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the SAP Cloud for Sales and Service platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet business needs. • Provide day-to-day system and application support, including user setup, management, and training. • Troubleshoot and debug system issues. • Design, develop, and implement custom functionalities and integrations using SAP Cloud SDK and other tools. • Customize and extend SAP Sales and Service Cloud functionalities based on business requirements. • Implement integrations between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and other systems, including mash-up development. • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within SAP Cloud for Sales and Service. • Create clear and effective reporting based on business requests. • Optimize system performance, ensure scalability, and suggest improvements to existing configurations and workflows. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems. • Provide technical leadership by coordinating and supporting managed services/external resources and priorities, mentoring junior developers and guiding the implementation of best practices.
