• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new financials customers • Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new logo acquisition targets across commercial and enterprise segments • Identify and prioritize target accounts and market opportunities within the financial sector • Drive pipeline generation and management to ensure consistent revenue growth • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the customer acquisition process • Own and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with financial organizations • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with both commercial and enterprise healthcare clients • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline health • Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape • Understand the unique needs and challenges of financial organizations • Leverage industry knowledge to position solutions effectively and build credibility with prospects
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferred financial, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven success in new logo acquisition across both commercial and enterprise segments
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of complex sales methodologies and consultative selling approaches
- Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders, buying processes, and regulatory environment
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Travel 20%+, role open to location/remote
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
