• Own the regional demand planning process for multiple key regions, developing and maintaining a rolling 18-month forecast for revenue and shipment volumes. • Lead regional demand reviews with multiple sales partners to align on forecast updates, risks, and opportunities. • Partner closely with Sales to capture market insights, promotions, new distribution, and other assumptions shaping the demand outlook, ensuring cross-functional alignment. • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify drivers of variance, helping explain deviations and inform forecast adjustments. • Analyze historical data, current performance, and consumption to produce an objective, data-driven forecast. • Support and contribute towards the enhancement and implementation of forecasting tools, processes, and data quality. • Create, manage, and analyze reports and dashboards to support Demand Planning and cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven insights for accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
- Ability to travel 10-15% for company offsites and events, team meetings, company onboarding, training and other business needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on assumptions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, turning data and consumption into actionable forecasts.
- Eagerness and ability to learn forecasting tools and systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.
