About the Role: We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the deployment of Platform Services projects for our customers. The successful candidate will manage smaller-scale projects simultaneously while assisting with queue management and project coordination. • Lead end-to-end delivery for client and internal engagements, from charter through closeout • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project, Smartsheet, and OnePlan • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Apply hybrid methodology, blending waterfall structure with agile flexibility based on project context • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building long-term trust • Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and steering committee updates • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Produce clear, concise project status reports and executive-level communications • Lead cross-functional project teams of varying sizes in a fully remote environment • Partner with resource managers to staff projects and manage capacity across concurrent engagements • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to continuous improvement of ppmworks delivery standards • Maintain project data integrity and reporting within OnePlan and other PPM platforms • Track and manage project financials including budget forecasting, actuals, and variance reporting • Conduct lessons learned sessions and contribute findings to the ppmworks knowledge base
