• Lead end-to-end delivery for client and internal engagements, from charter through closeout • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using MS Project, Smartsheet, and OnePlan • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders • Apply hybrid methodology, blending waterfall structure with agile flexibility based on project context • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building long-term trust • Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and steering committee updates • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies proactively • Produce clear, concise project status reports and executive-level communications • Lead cross-functional project teams of varying sizes in a fully remote environment • Partner with resource managers to staff projects and manage capacity across concurrent engagements • Mentor junior PMs and contribute to continuous improvement of ppmworks delivery standards • Maintain project data integrity and reporting within OnePlan and other PPM platforms • Track and manage project financials including budget forecasting, actuals, and variance reporting • Conduct lessons learned sessions and contribute findings to the ppmworks knowledge base
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of project management experience, including client-facing engagements
- Demonstrated success delivering projects of varying scale and complexity across diverse industries
- Proficiency with an enterprise PM tool for scheduling, resource management, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with hybrid project delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a remote, distributed environment
- Experience managing project financials: budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Must have AI acumen with the ability to be a leader by leveraging AI
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred)
- Experience with OnePlan or similar enterprise PPM platforms (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Background in professional services, consulting, or technology delivery (preferred)
- Experience implementing or administering PPM tools on behalf of clients (preferred)
