Role Description We are currently looking for a Director, PAM Solutions to join KeyData’s Delivery Services team! What You’ll Do: - Working directly with clients and the KeyData team in a multi-disciplined team structure, designing and implementing digital identity solutions across a variety of vendor products: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc. - Leading client engagements and providing subject matter expertise to clients and engagement teams. - Developing deep working relationships with Senior Executives across the account teams and clients. - Understanding the business direction of companies and creating optimized digital identity architectures to meet their business needs. - Assisting KeyData Leadership in business development activities such as client proposals, thought leadership and participation at industry events. - Building knowledge capital through research and development and leveraging industry insights to deliver best of breed expertise to clients. - Helping grow KeyData’s security practice across North America through thought leadership and entrepreneurialism. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in at least two or more of the following digital identity vendor technologies: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc. - Additional experience with the following technologies is an asset: SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, Microsoft Azure, Transmit Security, Saviynt and PingIdentity. - 5+ years of experience in consulting digital identity solutions across various industries working with C-level clients. - Experience in driving sales initiatives, including identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and effectively communicating the value proposition of digital identity solutions to drive revenue growth. - 10+ years of experience with configuration and implementation of customer or enterprise digital identity solutions including: - Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources. - Request-based application and resource provisioning. - RBAC authentication to entitled applications and resources. - Role based resolution of approvers for request approval flows. - Single Sign-on. - Security certifications (e.g. CISSP), as well as vendor or Cloud certifications considered a strong asset. - Bachelor degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering). • Own the customer training P&L, including revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin accountability for training products and services • Develop and maintain the training catalog, including course packaging, pricing tiers, and bundled offerings aligned with product sales cycles • Track and report on key performance indicators including revenue, enrollment, utilization, and learner satisfaction • Lead instructional design strategy for multiple product lines, producing both instructor-led (ILT/vILT) and asynchronous self-paced content • Translate complex product documentation and SME knowledge into learner-centered content that emphasizes application and outcomes over feature walkthrough • Maintain content currency across a multi-product portfolio in coordination with Product and Customer Success stakeholders • Directly manage a team of six instructors across two continents, providing coaching, workload oversight, scheduling, and professional development • Oversee the learning management system (Docebo) and associated integrations, including enrollment automation, reporting, and data flow across Salesforce, Workato, and NetSuite • Drive operational efficiency through workflow automation, process documentation, and cross-system data integrity • Serve as a training advisor to Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing, providing enablement support, course recommendations, and curriculum input • Collaborate with Product teams to align training roadmap with release cycles and customer adoption priorities

Role Description Responsible for supporting the activities of the Statewide Family Engagement Center grant including grant implementation, partnership development, program coordination, staff support, and evaluation activities. This position collaborates with staff to ensure successful execution of SFEC goals, deliverables, and family engagement initiatives and other competitive nongovernmental grants. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. - Prior experience expected in community action, school/family leadership, advocacy for underserved populations, promotion of initiatives, grant reporting, and program management. - Familiarity and comfort with targeted unserved neighborhoods and communities in need of outreach is essential. - Excellent project management, community motivation, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills are required. - Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. - Computer, software, and record-keeping skills are required. - Ability to work effectively and motivate school personnel, family members, community leaders, and the general public. - Strong self-discipline and motivation. Requirements - Work is performed in a variety of settings. - Ability to attend events in person and manage stressful situations. - Evening and weekend work is required occasionally as is travel within the state of Indiana.
