Role Description Vote Rev and Vote Rev Action Fund are hiring a Director, Organizing and Partnerships to lead the deployment of two proven, scalable relational mobilization tactics, site-based vote tripling and site-based relational postcards, in coordination with allied movement organizations. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, this Director will be the operational lead on our partner and canvass relationships — managing high-stakes relationships with progressive organizations and paid canvass firms, ensuring fidelity to program design, and driving quality at scale. You'll work day-to-day with the Director of Programs and senior staff across our partner network. Success in this role means: - Thousands of canvassers implementing these tactics with high fidelity. - Millions of voter contacts generated. - Thousands of additional votes moved in key geographies. Qualifications - 8+ years overseeing scaled organizing programs, including at least one cycle implementing relational organizing tactics. - A research mindset — eagerness to collaborate with researchers, incorporate findings into program design, and adapt quickly based on evidence. - Enthusiasm about providing progressive organizations and paid canvass firms with end-to-end support on how to implement tactics according to best practices. Requirements - Minimum 8 years in organizing, at Democratic political campaigns or movement organizations. - Demonstrated ability to drive strategic conversations with senior stakeholders at campaigns, committees, and state tables. - Multiple cycles vetting, contracting with, and overseeing paid canvass firms running large-scale programs. - Experience managing budgets and scaling programs with complex logistics. - Proactive, clear communicator who bridges gaps across diverse stakeholder groups. - Available 10am–6pm ET core hours; flexibility required as Election Day approaches. - Ability to travel to program sites up to 40% of the time (all travel costs covered). Role Description Responsible for supporting the activities of the Statewide Family Engagement Center grant including grant implementation, partnership development, program coordination, staff support, and evaluation activities.
