Role Description Responsible for supporting the activities of the Statewide Family Engagement Center grant including grant implementation, partnership development, program coordination, staff support, and evaluation activities. This position collaborates with staff to ensure successful execution of SFEC goals, deliverables, and family engagement initiatives and other competitive nongovernmental grants. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. - Prior experience expected in community action, school/family leadership, advocacy for underserved populations, promotion of initiatives, grant reporting, and program management. - Familiarity and comfort with targeted unserved neighborhoods and communities in need of outreach is essential. - Excellent project management, community motivation, oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills are required. - Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. - Computer, software, and record-keeping skills are required. - Ability to work effectively and motivate school personnel, family members, community leaders, and the general public. - Strong self-discipline and motivation. Requirements - Work is performed in a variety of settings. - Ability to attend events in person and manage stressful situations. - Evening and weekend work is required occasionally as is travel within the state of Indiana. • Director of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for technology strategy and day-to-day operations across our PE-backed, multi-site behavioral health platform delivering IOP and PHP programs. • The Director of IT directly administers and governs Lightfully's core platform – Salesforce, Kipu (EMR), call center technology, and the Microsoft 365 environment. • This role also oversees the data warehouse, Power BI reporting infrastructure, and the internal and contract resources that support analytics, helpdesk, and network operations. • Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). • Manage company-wide IT operations across all program locations. • Manage the full lifecycle of all network and end-user devices — servers, routers, WAPs, laptops, desktops, tablets, and phones — including procurement, patching, and decommissioning. • Manage Microsoft 365 administration and identity and access management. • Ensure uptime and performance of all critical systems including Salesforce, Kipu, telephony, and collaboration platforms. • Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and disaster recovery plans. • Directly manage or oversee contract and consulting resources across helpdesk, network support, data engineering, and analytics; ensure accountability, quality of output, and alignment to Lightfully's IT roadmap.
