Director, Regional Marketing - Mid Market

Huntress

Reports to: Senior Director, Regional & ABM Marketing Location: Remote US Compensation Range: $200,000 to $215,000 base, plus bonus, and equity What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 11M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other. What You’ll Do: In this role, you will take full ownership of our NA mid-market marketing engine, orchestrating a hybrid strategy that blends regional demand generation, account-based marketing, targeted webinars, and field events. You will lead and expand a team of regional marketers, working hand-in-hand with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing teams to turn strategic goals into measurable revenue pipeline. This position requires a deep personal alignment with our commitments, showing an Outcome-Obsessed approach to every marketing campaign, regional milestone, and team performance metric. This position requires ~ 40% travel. Responsibilities: Regional Demand Generation Strategy - Build and own NA mid-market marketing targets, integrated field programs, and global expansion initiatives across emerging markets and channels to support AOP and revenue goals. - Experience leading mid-market expansion initiatives, including developing go-to-market strategies across emerging markets, distribution and resellers. Specifically scaling programs and teams to support global growth objectives. - Partner with sales and marketing to launch high-impact ABM campaigns that engage key accounts, build brand visibility, and generate high-value pipeline. - Identify regional trends and whitespace to guide the team’s channel strategy across paid media, email, and content syndication. - Manage the regional budget, forecasts, and ROI; translate dashboard data into clear performance narratives and pipeline risk mitigation plans for leadership. - Ensure mid-market demand generation messaging aligns with Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative priorities across the funnel. Regional Strategic Events Planning & Execution - Set the strategy, priorities, and success metrics for regional events, ensuring experiences drive meaningful engagement and measurable business impact. - Partner with sales leadership and Marketing Ops to identify strategic cities, verticals, and accounts for field activations. - Act as a brand ambassador to build strong stakeholder relationships while collaborating with Ops to optimize lead quality, conversion efficiency, and ROI. Team Management and Leadership - Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing culture for a team of regional marketing professionals through clear goal-setting and professional development. - Establish KPIs, analyze campaign results, and continuously optimize strategies to improve marketing outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as the senior marketing stakeholder for NA mid-market, collaborating with sales, channel, and global marketing executives. - Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Campaigns teams to customize strategies based on territory needs and broader corporate goals. What You Bring To The Team: - 10+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, ABM, field marketing, or event management, preferably within cybersecurity/SaaS. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing, motivating, and collaborating with high-performing, cross-functional teams. - North American mid-market expertise, including deep knowledge of regional marketing best practices and cultural nuances. - Track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and high-impact regional events/roadshows. - Strategic and analytical mindset to align marketing initiatives with business goals and rigorously measure campaign ROI. - Strong operational skills, including experience managing program-level budgets and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Ability to travel ~40% of the time to support regional initiatives and events. What We Offer: - 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015 - Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays - 12 weeks of paid parental leave - Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans - 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution - Life and Disability insurance plans - Stock options for all full-time employees - One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office - Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance - $75 USD/month digital reimbursement - Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
