• Processes invoices by using eForm template or keying directly into PeopleSoft ERP ensuring accuracy of purchase order information, dollar amounts and vendor name/address • Effectively prioritizes daily invoice volume to triage critical payments that could have patient care or financial impact • Processing of supplier invoices involves appropriate allocation related to over 28 active financial operating units across the enterprise amounting to over $1 billion in annual spend • Provides excellent customer service to internal associates/departments that have questions or need guidance on invoice processing • Effectively answer supplier inquiries • Manages all invoices on hold for approval or goods in dispute to provide timely follow up & assists AP analyst with resolution if issue is complex • Assists AP analyst in resolving invoices that have quality errors from Recycle and Quick queues to ensure they can be accurately posted in PeopleSoft ERP in order to have expense recognized in proper budget period.

Role Description The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining financial records. Qualifications - 2-4 years of Accounts Payable, Procurement, or experience in advance knowledge of B2B banking transactions. - Knowledge of either Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud (Cloud Preferred) AP Subledger is preferred. - Knowledge of Great Plain ERP is preferred but not required. - 2+ years of experience in auditing P-Cards or corporate credit card transactions is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong working knowledge Excel functions. - Above average analytical thinking and communication skills to convey information effectively. - Flexibility in responding to unanticipated situations. - A proven ability to build strong business relationships beyond the finance team. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - The salary range for this position is $27/hr. - In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). - Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. - During your first year of service, you will accrue 5.84 hours of PTO for each bi-weekly pay period. - In addition, you will receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. - Teladoc Health will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
