Partner Operation Manager – Korean

- Educate and empower partners based in the Korea, delivering a best-in-industry experience - Validate product, offer, page, and build readiness - Equip partners with the tools and information needed to deliver release plans - Provide transparency on release status and risks to internal stakeholders - Train partners to take full advantage of store features, from Cloud Saves to Account Services - Utilize standardized tools and processes for harmonious engagement and a consistent user experience - Demonstrate ownership and accountability of task management - Actively contribute insights and help drive tool and process improvements

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project management, partner operations, release management, production experience, or similar experiences
  • Proven tolerance for ambiguity and ability to appropriately prioritize and complete work with minimal oversight despite an ambiguous environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience in external partner engagement, stakeholder management, and cross-timezone communication
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Native or Business-level proficiency in Korean, and English with proven ability to support external partners in-language and navigate cross-culture communication
  • Conversational Japanese
  • Having business level proficiency is a plus but not required
  • Excellent understanding of Korean business culture, with a strong preference to prior exposure to the gaming release process within the respective culture.
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust working hours to accommodate both a US-based team and APAC-based partners as needed
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Salesforce
  • Preference for applicants with baseline technical knowledge or an interest in learning
  • This position is open to applicants interested in relocating to Japan. (Visa support will be provided
