Role Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Marina Operations to oversee multiple marina locations within our portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences across all assigned properties. - Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple marina facilities, including dockage, storage, fuel services, and retail operations - Lead, mentor, and support marina managers and their teams to achieve performance goals - Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction - Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, revenue growth, and cost control across all locations - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability - Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and maritime regulations - Oversee maintenance programs and capital improvement projects - Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and local regulatory agencies - Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards - Respond to emergencies and coordinate risk management efforts as needed Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in marina, hospitality, or multi-site operations management - Strong leadership and team development skills - Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results - Knowledge of marine operations, safety standards, and applicable regulations - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region Requirements - Multi-site operations management - Strategic planning and execution - Financial analysis and budgeting - Customer relationship management - Regulatory compliance and safety oversight - Leadership and staff development Benefits - Competitive salary (based on experience) - Performance-based bonuses - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities
