• You design and finalize print materials such as product magazines, flyers, inserts, packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials and other promotional collateral. • You create creative assets for our digital channels – from social media creatives and online ads to newsletters and website, shop and landing page elements. • You support the production of visual content for digital products such as e‑books, presentations and other marketing materials. • You prepare design assets tailored to channel and target audience and ensure our brand world is consistent, high-quality and recognisable across all touchpoints. • You assist in creating and editing video content for social media, campaigns and brand content. • You edit short-form content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook and enhance videos with text, subtitles, simple animations and sound. • You support post-production for our product, lifestyle and campaign shoots – from image selection and organisation to final retouching. • You perform color corrections, retouching and image optimization using tools such as Capture One and Adobe Photoshop. • You work closely with our Brand Designer and the marketing team and support the ongoing development of our visual brand identity.

Job Requirements

  • You have completed training or a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design or a comparable qualification.
  • You are proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
  • You have basic knowledge of Canva.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with Capture One, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut.
  • First practical experience in video editing for social media is a plus.
  • Knowledge of photography, image editing and content production is an advantage.
  • You have a good sense for layout, typography, imagery and visual storytelling.
  • You are interested in branding, social media and modern brand communication.
  • You are familiar with current social media formats, design trends and digital platforms.
  • You work in a structured, careful and independent manner.
  • You bring creativity, an eye for aesthetics and the motivation to continuously develop your skills.
  • You are open to feedback and value creative exchange within the team.
