• Lead governance and coordination of RFPs, contracts, renewals, and strategic customer programs • Manage reseller governance processes including pricing, rebates, supplier/GPO fees, and compliance oversight • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, Sales, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution • Support implementation readiness and operational onboarding activities • Monitor operational, contractual, and financial risks while driving issue resolution and escalation management • Prepare executive-level communications, reporting, and recommendations for leadership • Maintain governance documentation, reporting tools, and operational playbooks • Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in supplier diversity, strategic program management, procurement, operations, pricing, or related business functions
- Strong experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with contract governance, pricing structures, operational processes, or enterprise customer support preferred

Role Description - Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities. - Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines. - Works within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools. - Client follow-up and aid in turning quotes into orders.
