Role Description This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. We request that you submit your CV in English. - Review and process incoming loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy - Perform initial intake assessment of borrower information and financial data - Verify and organize documents submitted through CRM or document management systems - Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets - Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and validate application data (basic formulas, data checks, reconciliation) - Communicate with internal teams to clarify missing or inconsistent application details - Coordinate with cross-functional departments (credit, underwriting, operations) to support loan processing workflow - Ensure timely handling of applications while meeting strict deadlines and SLA requirements - Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and escalate when necessary - Support document preparation and review using tools such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat - Maintain high attention to detail to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards - Follow established intake procedures and contribute to process improvements where applicable - Respond to internal inquiries related to application status or documentation - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a translation & interpretation related field preferred - 0 to 5 years of relevant experience - Previous roles in data entry, lending, intake, credit, financial analysis, or similar positions are preferred, with a specific advantage for those with private lending experience - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Requirements - Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Outlook, Word, and Excel (formulas, data review, and basic analysis) - Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a bonus - Familiarity with CRM systems or document management tools would be a great advantage - Comfortable using technology and eager to pick up new software quickly Soft Skills Required - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English - Great at promoting teamwork and collaboration across different departments - Proficient in handling tight deadlines while balancing multiple tasks - Careful attention to detail paired with excellent organizational skills - Self-motivated individual who loves to learn, research, and solve problems independently - Ability to ask thoughtful questions and take initiative in spotting and tackling challenges Benefits - Competitive USD Salary - Enjoy Paid Time Off (PTO) - Fully Remote Work Opportunity
