• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the SAP Cloud for Sales and Service platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet business needs. • Provide day-to-day system and application support, including user setup, management, and training. • Troubleshoot and debug system issues. • Design, develop, and implement custom functionalities and integrations using SAP Cloud SDK and other tools. • Customize and extend SAP Sales and Service Cloud functionalities based on business requirements. • Implement integrations between SAP Sales and Service Cloud and other systems, including mash-up development. • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within SAP Cloud for Sales and Service. • Create clear and effective reporting based on business requests. • Optimize system performance, ensure scalability, and suggest improvements to existing configurations and workflows. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems. • Provide technical leadership by coordinating and supporting managed services/external resources and priorities, mentoring junior developers and guiding the implementation of best practices.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience with SAP Cloud architecture development and implementation with Customer Service and Sales focus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ABSL, ABAP, Java, or JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Fiori user experience and apps framework
- Strong understanding of SAP C4C integration tools and APIs.
- Past experience working with offshore and ability to administrate the offshore delivery
- Proven track record of successful, full-scale SAP C4C implementation projects from a leadership and development perspective, preferably using Agile methodology.
- Self-motivated, team player that is task oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable and competent in developing technical design specifications, documenting system and business processes from inception to completion to build organization and system knowledgebases.
