Role Description Analyst/Developer - Specialty III - MEXICO We are currently looking for candidates based in the EMEA or LATAM regions. Please note this is a fully remote role. - Working knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and follow-through - Clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders Qualifications - 3–5 years of Workday functional experience - Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance - Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases - Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions - Exposure to global HR environments preferred
