• Lead, mentor, and provide professional growth opportunities for a distributed team of Professional Services and Solutions Engineering professionals. • Manage the team using Scrum methodology. • Strategize offerings and plans to drive better service delivery adoption. • Collaborate with cross functional global teams including Customer Success, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Leadership stakeholders. • Drive product adoption and contribute to customer retention and growth. • Own and design complex tools and solutions. • Identify trends and review data for informed decisions regarding tooling and process improvements. • Represent the Professional Services team in strategic meetings. • Provide a trusted technical bridge between JumpCloud and our customers.
Job Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in programming, scripting, or professional services in a SaaS or IT environment.
- At least 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams and owning engineering initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing software teams using Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting, as well as experience with Python or other object-oriented languages.
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AzureAD, and Okta.
- Advanced understanding of LDAP(S), RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GWS, and experience managing Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiar with project management strategies and implementing them to ensure satisfactory completion of technical deployment projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to work in 1 PM to 10 PM Shift
