What you’ll be doing: - Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value. - Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management. - Enable clients to maximize Convera’s platform, combining self-service with expert support where it matters. - Execute a disciplined commercial playbook, balancing proactive outreach, pipeline development, and relationship management. - Support our Business Development team through early engagement with new clients. Qualifications - 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales & account management. - Strong track record of growing client relationships. - Commercially driven and comfortable working to targets. - Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. - Experience in financial services, FX or payments is a major plus. Requirements - 4+ years B2B account management / B2B sales experience. - 2+ years’ experience in cross-border payments including customer buying needs and typical ICPs and stakeholders in accounts. - Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue/quota responsibility. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement and AI tools. - Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance performance.
