Role Description You will be the primary point of contact for clients, engaging them daily in both English and Spanish and bringing outstanding communication skills and empathy to those relationships. This will mean sending emails and making phone calls daily to respond to client inquiries and to seek information and documents from them as we manage their cases. - Keep case development on track by following established workflows and flagging anything that falls behind. - Proactively communicate with teammates about any issues or difficulties in a case. - Master standard operating procedures for managing cases and working with clients. - Maintain a quiet space, fast internet, and discipline to stay on task without close supervision. - Be flexible as tasks may change daily or over time. - Speak Spanish and English fluently and use both languages professionally. - Be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and producing top-notch work. - Handle intense work situations, sometimes on compressed timelines. - Prioritize training and professional development. Qualifications - Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required. - Commitment to the firm’s mission of helping immigrants secure their future in the United States through asylum. - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Tech-focused skills and eagerness to learn new online systems and procedures. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. - Empathetic and able to communicate with clients who are under significant stress. - Works well under pressure. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform at a high level with minimal supervision. - Able to keep track of tasks and meet deadlines. Requirements - Must be located in Argentina.
